  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be made in person at our company office within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns and refunds will be processed in cash at the office, once the returned item is verified to meet the conditions above.

2. No Refunds for Opened or Used Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items showing signs of damage not due to our error

  • Products with broken seals or missing original packaging

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible item:

  1. Email us at info@rougeamoi.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and a photo of the item.

  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer service team.

4. Refund Process

We do not offer exchanges or product replacements. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@rougeamoi.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and packaging.

6. Final Sale Items

All promotional, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
